BIS Suspends Libya Export Licenses

On March 3, 2011, the Bureau of Industry and Security “BIS” suspended indefinitely all licenses issued by the agency for exports or reexports to Libya.  Parties holding active licenses cannot make any shipments against the license for exports or reexports to Libya.
