U.S. Customs and Border Protection does a wonderful job creating a website that provides useful and timely information. This week’s favorite page is the CBP INFO Center, located at https://help.cbp.gov/. I stumbled upon this page by clicking on the Questions/Complaints text on the main page. I was curious as to what types of complaints someone might submit. This page gives provides the opportunity for people to submit compliments and complaints. If you click on the Submit a Complaint text, the next page provides two options for submitting a complaint. The first option requires submission of some personal information so that the submitter can receive a response. The second option allows the submitter to remain anonymous; however, no response will be provided. Back in the INFO Center, CBP provides a list of Top Travel Topics and Top Import/Export Topics. Which pages would you guess are most frequently viewed on the CBP website? The CBP INFO Center provides the answer to the question. Some of the pages more frequently visited pages include Forms, Ports of Entry, Duty Rates and Publications.
This blog will highlight other favorite pages in the coming weeks. Please share some of your favorites with our readers.
