Customs Valuation Encyclopedia Update

On April 28th, CBP posted the recently updated version of the Customs Valuation Encyclopedia. Originally issued in 1990 and last updated in 2004, the new edition contains approximately 200 new rulings related to a variety of valuation issues. You will be able to identify the new rulings easily because they are printed in red.
