That's a horrible email. I wouldn't take it seriously or buy anything from them. My fifth grader has better skills!
Seriously, you all need to get over this obsession with how stuff looks. Everyone uses text messages and abbreviations. We are too busy to worry about capital letters and old style grammar. Get with the 21st century and get over the old school stuff.
